The water drain pipe is a sewage dumping system. It is available at the start of the game, after building the first road.
Description[]
The drain pipe pumps out waste water. Remember to avoid pumping sewage upstream! Note that a drain pipe always requires a water pumping station to work properly. Road connection not required.
