A policy is a rule set within a district to enforce specific actions within that region. Once a district is applied, a policy can be set to enforce certain laws. Each policy can have a positive or a negative effect on the citizens. Each district can have different policies.[1]

*Only applies to bus, tram, metro, monorail, and local train fares. For district policies, only passengers leaving from that district will get a free ride. Intercity trains, cargo trains, ships, planes and taxis will still continue to provide revenue, regardless.
